1 package Cajun Mac
1 cup sliced chicken strips
1 teaspoon of butter or oil
½ cup Cajun sausage, sliced thin
Heat oil in pan and add sausage. Cook for four or five minutes and then add chicken meat and continue cooking until chicken is cooked. Place on paper towel to drain.
Prepare Cajun Mac according to the directions. Add the chicken sausage blend once the Cajun Mac is prepared and stir well until it is thoroughly mixed. Serve hot.
Cajun Mac and Cheese with Shrimp
1 package Cajun Mac
1 teaspoon of butter or oil
1 cup of peeled and de-veined shrimp
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
Add butter to a pan and heat over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked. Set aside.
Prepare Cajun Mac according to the directions and then toss in the shrimp and chopped green onions and stir until heated. Serve hot.
Cajun Mac and Cheese with Mushrooms
1 package of Cajun Mac
1 cup of your favorite mushrooms, sliced thin
1 tablespoon of butter
Melt butter in a pan and sauté mushrooms over a medium heat for five minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare Cajun Mac according to the directions and then add the mushrooms to the mac. Stir well until heated.
